60+ Team Pursuit
I may have mentioned in a previous blog that I’ve joined a group of 5 other guys training for the Masters National Championship in the team pursuit. We’re super fortunate to have Roger Young training us and I’ll post our training programs here. [We're a little older than these guys:-)]
